What are the storage fees if my vehicle is towed?

Vehicles stored at our facility are charged based of the entity that had the vehicle towed. This fee begins accruing from the time the vehicle is placed in storage until it is picked up.

How soon will I be notified if my vehicle is towed?

Arizona law requires us to notify local law enforcement when a non-consensual or private property tow occurs. Notification protocols for police-ordered impounds vary by agency.

Can I retrieve personal items from my vehicle?

Yes, you may retrieve personal property from your towed vehicle during regular business hours without incurring additional charges. However, the vehicle itself will only be released after all applicable fees are paid.

Can I contest an unauthorized tow?

Yes, if you believe your vehicle was towed illegally, you have the right to contest the tow. You may file a dispute through the appropriate local agency or the local court system. Please make sure to gather any documentation, such as photographs of the signage and towing notices.

How do I report an illegally parked vehicle for towing?

If you need to report an unauthorized vehicle on private property, please contact us with the details, and we will work with the property owner to arrange for a legal tow.

How much does it cost to tow my vehicle?

Our towing fees vary depending on the distance and type of vehicle. Rates can also be different depending on the agency that had your vehicle towed, please contact us for a specific quote.

Where can I see the towing and storage fees?

We are required by Arizona law to post all towing and storage fees at our storage facility, which you will find clearly displayed when retrieving your vehicle. You can also see our current rate sheets online: Open Rates, DPS, MCSO, and KPD.

How can I retrieve my vehicle after it has been towed?

Every impounded and stored vehicle may be released once proof of ownership is verified with a valid government-issued photo ID or driver's license, and all charges and fees due are paid in full. Vehicles that have a police hold will also need to have the hold released by the authorizing agency before we can release the vehicle. Please contact us to arrange pickup.

Who can authorize a tow from private property?

In Arizona, only the property owner or an authorized agent can request a tow from private property. Proper signage must be posted at all entrances to the property, indicating that unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
