NOTES
- ** Hourly flat rate: the term Flat Rate refers to an all-inclusive scope of work being performed. We no longer charge for things such as winching, driveline removal and/or dollies, as they are included in the hourly charges. Hourly charges include accident scene towing/site clean-up services; abandoned/confiscated vehicle towing services; and all other MCSO initiated tow related services done in accordance with A.R.S. 28-872 and/or which MCSO may require.
- * Off-road fees are one-time fees, assessed when the vehicle is more than 30 feet off the roadway. Off-road fees are in addition to towing, mileage and/or roadside service charges.
- *** Roadside assistance: hourly rates do not apply. Charged a one-time fee PLUS en-route miles at $2.00 per mile AND reimbursement for customer-requested parts/supplies (belts, hoses, fuel, tires, etc.). A receipt is required for reimbursement.
