KPD CONTRACT RATES
All services performed under the contract shall be invoiced and paid in accordance with the contract terms and conditions, specifications and maximum allowable KPD contract rates stated herein. No other charges shall be assessed or paid.

Maximum Allowable Service Call Rate Rates start when tow truck is dispatched/en route to specified scene and end at point of vehicle delivery/unload at nearest contractor storage facility or at the destination specified by the vehicle owner. BILLING RULES & NOTES
- All rates are maximum allowable contract rates. No other charges shall be assessed or paid.
- Service call rates start when the tow truck is dispatched or en route and end at vehicle delivery/unload at the nearest contractor storage facility or the destination specified by the vehicle owner.
- Extra labor and off-road recovery require pre-approval by the attending officer.
- Roadside assistance is an optional service. Towing contractors may participate at their discretion.
